FATAL ACCIDENT AT MOONTA. [By Telegraph.] Moonta, October 11. Sabina Hoffmann, a German, aged 29, was missed at 5 o'clock this afternoon by her four children, who went crying to the neighbors. The woman's husband, a laborer on the mine, came home from bis work and joined in the search. He missed a bucket, which led him to took into the tank, where he discovered bis wife in the water, dead. An inquest will be held to-morrow. The police believe the accident arose through the deceased slipping into the tank while drawing water, and being enable to getout.
